Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping: Our main goal is to get you your purchase as quick as possible! Order will be processed within 5 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. The majority of our orders are delivery within 5 business days but can take up to 7-10 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipment processing may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If you have not received tracking information with 5 days of purchase, please reach out. This does not apply to pre-orders.
Although we would love to offer free shipping - we are small family run company and your understanding of our shipping charges is greatly appreciated!! These fees may change so be sure to check back on a regular basis!

Our shipping fees are listed below.
Up to 3lbs $8.95, 3lbs to 6lbs $9.95, 6lbs to 9lbs $11.95, 9lbs to 15lbs $14.95, 15lbs and up $19.95
Express on any order: $34.95 (processed within 1 business day with express shipping)

IMPORTANT: Once we have sent confirmation with your tracking number we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless SHIP INSURANCE has been purchased. Without SHIPPING INSURANCE, you will need to contact the delivery carrier as its then out of our hands. Fingers crossed this doesn't happen!
PLEASE make sure everything you have entered into the address section is correct - We are NOT responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses!!
Lost/ Damaged Package? Once your package has been shipped, we will only be able to assist with lost/missing or damaged packages if 
SHIPPING INSURANCE has been purchased.
Incorrect Product: In the very unlikely event where a mistake was made in processing your order, please email us immediately with your order number within 48 hours of delivery.  Please attach photos of the item(s) you received.  and email us at: info@organicbabymom.com
Return Policy: All non-clothing sales are final. Unfortunately, our return policies are very strict on food and health items and therefore we are not able to accept any returns of any food and personal hygienic items (creams, shampoo i.e.). All of our products are new, unused and unopened. Clothing may be exchanged for an alternative size. Buyer is responsible for return shipping.

We have a 7-day return policy on clothing, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your proof of purchase.

If your return is approved, we will send you a shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be aware, there will be be a $8 restocking fee. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards or any kind!

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refund Processing
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
