HiPP Hypoallergenic is made for babies with a suspected cow’s milk allergy. 

Because this is a speciality formula, we recommend you consult your doctor before switching – especially if your baby has a diagnosed allergy. (HiPP Hypoallergenic works out well for many allergic babies, but it’s not always the right choice.)

It’s made with specially broken down proteins that make it easier to digest, so your baby’s immune system is less likely to react. 

Plus, you’ll get the same HiPP organic quality that you’d get with any other HiPP formula.

HiPP Hypoallergenic will work well as your baby’s only milk. If you’re also breastfeeding, talk you your doctor about any changes you need to make to your own diet – as babies can react to dairy products in their mom’s milk. 

Preparation:
Here’s how we recommend you do it (it’s very similar to any other formula):

  1. Sterilize: Use a sterilizer, sterilizing tablets or boiling water.
  2. Prep the water: Boil water and cool to room temperature. This can take around 40 minutes – use a thermometer if you want to be sure. Pour half the water you need into the bottle.
  3. Add the powder: Use a measuring scoop (you should get one in the box) to measure the right amount of formula powder. Tip it into the bottle.
  4. Shake and serve: Shake the bottle, add the rest of the water, and shake again. Now, all you need is a hungry baby…
